update

Well its been a long time since i have done a blog but not much has been happening lately. One big thing is that i have a second job at Office Depot and i LOVE it i dont know why i didnt get a job like this before i still have my office job but i have to admit that i look forward to go to work at Office Depot the people are just so wonderful. This weekend my mom and Alea have gone to LA to visit family and also for Alea she will be getting her first tattoo at LA INK its a famous place in LA it is also on TLC (channel 50) she is so excited to be getting it there and the only down fall is that it will be very expensive but she is working and she doesnt have bills right now so she can afford it but anyways she is super excited. One last thing dad is working at Kohls now and he is doing wonderful i am very proud of him :o) I think that is all for now nothing much has happened lately but its been forever since i have updated so i thought i would do so. Love you all!

So wow i guess you can say i almost completely forgot about blogs i have switched to Twitter, Myspace, Facebook, Youtube you name it and i have one basically from others sending me invitations and wanted me to join them in their account but anyways all is good just busy but its all good i have been out of town for two weeks first to LA, Hector, his sister and her husband and myself went for a vacation we all went to visit his family that's always fun i went to Universal studios which was great the only thing that was horrible was the fact that i forgot my camera so i didn't get to take pictures but anyways i will have some from Hectors sister camera we where there for 1 week and then we came home for 4 hours of sleep and off to Oregon man that was a long drive i drove all the way my first long road trip you could say it was a fun first road trip but anyways Oregon was so hot and especially when you are painting the outside of a house man it was hot there, the sun took a lot out of me. I also went on a boat ride there which was run and especially because Hector got soaked and i knew that was going to happen that's why i sat him on the edge. HEHEHEHE that was funny overall the two trips were great now i am just home catching up on things and relaxing. I have to go otherwise i am going to get in trouble for not getting off this computer to go and eat supper with everyone so anyways g2g talk to y'all later!

update

So i just wanted to say hello to you all again i know it has been a while since i posted any new updates anyways nothing new has really been happening lately i have been going to school and working, mom started her new job and dad has almost finished with community service he has 2 weeks left but i know he will be sad to end it he has made some friends and it has also been keeping him busy and he might even get a job with the county where he is working as for myself same thing nothing new. My brother is going to make his confirmation on Saturday and it will also be my birthday as well as my dads we might have a little party. And on the 23th of May Hector and myself will be going to Los Angeles for his aunts birthday it will be a quick trip but it will be nice to see everyone there :o) Anyways i guess that's it for now and one other thing i wanted to say a shout out to Conner "I Love You Silly and I Miss You Very Very Much" and wow Camren is so big i can't believe it WOW!

In honor of grandmas birthday

hey well i know i haven't done a blog for a long time now but i just wanted to say hello to everyone life has been so busy seems like there is always something to get done and not enough time to complete all of the tasks for the day anyway nothing new is really happening just going to school and working oh well one thing is new but its bad news, my mom got laid off from work a week ago, she is not looking right now but she has gone to an interview before she even knew that she was going to get laid off so she is still waiting to see if she got the job or not please pray that she does because it would mean a lot more money and a manager position. As for myself i am doing well i was stressed out about maybe getting laid off but i think i am OK for now well at least i pray i am oh and i went to take glamorous photos last Friday that was fun and it was my first time doing that anyways i should get them in about 15 days i am so excited to see how they turned out. It also was my grandmas birthday on April 17 and that was a sad day but also happy we missed her but we had a great dinner her favorite enchiladas Guatemalan style which she loved and something really weird happened to me on the 17th at exactly 12:00pm my alarm clock when off and i never use it and especially not the alarm because i don't even know how to work it but it went off at 12:00pm i didn't realize it until about 12:20pm when i told Hector what had happened i remembered it was her birthday so that was kind of weird but also cool because i know it was her way of saying hey i am here and its my birthday:] Anyways that's all that has been happening i will update you all later when i have something new to talk about:] Love you all!

update

So i just thought i would update everyone well i am not sure where to start off i have been to T.N. as planned and it was wonderful i love going to visit and once i leave i miss being there i always have a blast and i played Wii wow who would think i would play video games but i have to say i had a blast and wish i could have extended my stay. I also went to Los Angeles and i meet many cousins that i never had the chance to meet and i also seen one of my cousins who is older now with 2 kids of her own wow how we all grow up and change and start our own families. Now i am about to finish the semester at De Anza and besides that i have been doing a little modeling for a lingerie line that was fun check it out at http://www.mskittybox.com/ some of it is cute the lady that i babysit for is trying to sell it for extra income (i thought of my cousin Judy maybe ill be able to find a birthday gift for her from the website). I also wanted to thank Julie and Andy for letting me stay at their home and thanks for all the great hospitality and fun that i had, and also to Donna for being the best traveling buddy in the world:] I love you all and one more thing thanks to Conner for that great CD that he gave me i will have him know that i listen to it every day i love it thanks silly:]

very excited

Its almost time to go to T.N. i can't wait time has been going by very quickly and i am very excited to be going and after i return i will be going to LA within the 48 hours i am going to visit my aunt my grandmothers sister i know that if my grandma was her she would be so happy to know that myself and my mom are going to visit and especially since she has been ill. I am so looking forward to seeing Julie, Andy, Conner and Camren :] i am very happy!

Birthdays

Wow time is flying by and before i know it i will be in T.N every day we are getting closser i can't wait so tonight is Aleas birthday party and tomorrow is Hectors birthday party this weekend is nothing but parties it will be fun we will be having family friends over. Next weekend it will be a long weekend and Valentines day and then the following weekend my mom and dad and brother are going out of town they are going to San Diego to visit a family friend that is very sick he has brain cancer so they will be going to visit him and not all of us will be able to go but Alea, Mike, Hector and myself will be staying home so that should be fun also and then a few days after they return i will be going to T.N. with Donna i am so happy and excited you see i told you time goes by fast.



Poor Donna has been through alot just this week on Monday Rocky passed away but we all know that he is in a better place now and he is with people that we love that are all ready there so iam sure that they will take care of Rocky untill his mama Donna meets with him again! You will be missed Rocky thanks for being such a great son for Donna!

back from Sacramento

Hello so we are back and we had such a great time i am glad that i when with Donna we will have to do it again sometime and only 25 more days untill T.N. :]

Going to Sacramento

I am very excited so yesterday was the 26th of Jan. and that means only 1 more month untill i get to see my silly boy Conner and my family i can't wait i am just counting down the days and i am excited because i know time will go by fast. I am going to Sacramento this Thursday untill Sat. night with my traveling buddy Donna i am so excited she will be working there but at least we can ride together there and back and we will be able to have dinner one night and we will be staying the night together one night i am so excited and for Friday and Saturday i will be staying with my god parents and there four children 2 are almost my age so it will be fun its the first time that i will have gone to Sacramento to visit them last time my whole family went but i stayed home to take care of my grandmother. I will be missing on day of class but i have arranged everything already since i am a good student my teachers have no problem with me missing class and i have gone ahead with the homework assignments i am so ahead already so that when i go to T.N. i won't get behind. Then when i come back from Sacramento it will be Super Bowl Sunday so we will be having a family party and then the weekend after that is Alea and Hectors birthday party(Alea is the 7th and Hectors the 10th) we are going to do a few fun things that weekend so i know that by that it will be already be the middle of Feb. so that mean i will only have a few weeks untill T.N. time! I am very excited to be able to spend time with Donna and at least if she can't go to T.N. with me we will have a little trip together but we are thinking positive she will be able to go with me (we are praying).

Today is my day off and i am thinking about going T.N

So i finally get a day off, i have been working alot lately and i have been going to school and also just being a taxi driver for my sister and brother but anyways its finally my day off and the day hasn't been a very good day i wont in into all.



Anyways i just can't stop thinking about going to T.N. i am very excited except for one thing. I am praying Donna (my cousin and also my traveling buddy) will be able to still go with me (she might have to go on the weekend instead) i hope everything will work out well, i know it will i am very happy about seeing Julie, Andy, Conner, and Camren i know i will have a wonderful time with all of them i just hope Donna will be able to go as we planned anyways other than that school is going well and so is everything else. It will almost be one month before i go to T.N.



Thats Donna and me on our last trip to T.N we really had a great time i hope she will be able to go with me this time!

Work

So todays Saturday and its a great day so far except that i will be working at 2 untill 12pm that sucks especially tonight when family friends are coming over to visit and i know ill be missing out on a great time but i look at it as saving money for a great time that i will have in Feb. in T.N. i can't wait to see my silly boy Conner!

Today was a new school day

So today was my first day back at school i was kind of happy to start going again because i was kind of disappointed at myself for not continuing last semester its not that i didn't want to its just because my grandmother was ill and so was my aunt and after them passing i just wasn't focused and since i had all ready missed so much it was hard for me to go back but this semester i am happy with my classes i am not taking a full 12 units but i am taking 9 units (2 classes) one math class that should be only a refreshing class for me since its only Pre-Algebra i took that class when i was in 8th grade but since its been about 3 years since my last math class i have to start all over but its OK it never hurts to relearn things and to refresh my mind and also have in taught to me in a new perspective and my other class is a Human Development class its Understand and Dealing with stress and i took this class because its a needed class for GE and also since everyone has stress i thought it would be a good class to learn how people deal with there own stress. I also tried to take a Pilate's class for P.E. units but the class was full since i was a few days late registering. Anyways school was good and i know time will fly by this semester and i know that my time is counting down until i return to T.N. to visit family. I can't wait!

Yesterday 1/4/09

So yesterday was a great day well at least it started off to be a great day the whole family got up early and we all went to church and then we were so looking forward to go roller skating and so we did Mikes family when too and Donna.I was so happy that Donna was coming we always have fun together so i was skating really well and having a great time, i think i am a good skater and then it was time for racing and i really didnt want to race but everyone was really counting on me to go out on the floor and race so i did well there was such a big group so they divided us into two groups but it was still to many people at one time racing well i least thats what i thought. So anyways the race still went on and next thing i knew was the sound of the whistle and we took off well the guy next to me fell right away and i seen him go down and then next thing i knew i was down on the floor to, but i got up and finished the race i still came in 4th but man today is the big day after the skating day and man i really hurt myself my whole body is so sore and i can barely walk. But we still had a good time and i know that next time i won't get out to race but overall yesterday was a good family day.

Hello so i am not quite sure where to start but anyways my name is Lana and i am 19 years old and i live in California and i am here to keep in touch with family and friends.

Year 2008 was a good year but i am ready for a new year i will never forget two very important ladies that have passed away in 2008 those two woman were my grandmother and my great aunt they were both great ladies all though very different my grandmother will always be remembered for her good cooking and her direction that she gave me growing up but she was a very strict lady and not always easy to get along with and on the other side of the family there was my great Aunt Jan she was the kind of lady that touched everyone that she knew she was a caring and loving type she was also somewhat like my grandmother i will always remember when i used to go to her house and i would be dressed in jeans and a tee-shirt and usually a jacket she would always tease me about my clothes being to tight but i always knew that she was teasing me but she never said that my clothes were to tight without saying how beautiful i was. These two ladies were great role models for me and they will be missed and never forgotten. I love you grandma and Aunt Jan.
